About Me

My name is Camila, I'm from Argentina, and my journey has been one of transformation and self-discovery.

 

I initially studied advertising and worked in a fast-paced, stressful environment. I thought it was the path I was supposed to take, but soon realized it wasn’t the life I truly wanted. The pressure and anxiety took a toll on my health, leading to sleep problems, panic attacks, and other challenges. That’s when I decided to step away from a career that no longer served me.

 

This decision led me to dive deeper into yoga and meditation, embarking on a journey of self-exploration. It wasn’t just about physical movement; it became a path to finding inner stillness and peace amidst life’s chaos. 

 

Moving from Argentina to Australia allowed me to spend more time in nature, which became a guide, teaching me to listen and connect with something greater than myself. We, too, are part of nature, moving through cycles and seasons.

 

Yoga and meditation have been my tools for rediscovering my true self. After discovering Yin Yoga and completing two Vipassana Meditation courses, I realized the importance of building self-awareness without getting lost in the distractions of consumerism or the pressure to constantly do more. 

It’s about being with ourselves, trusting our inner wisdom, and finding balance between effort and ease, movement and stillness.

 

Through this process, I’ve learned that true growth happens when we slow down, reconnect, and listen to the wisdom within. My mission now is to help others step into the new version of themselves- through yoga and meditation- while embracing peace, self-compassion, and inner power.

 

I’m also a lifelong learner. Outside of yoga, I’m into sport climbing, tantra, astrology, veganism, human design, running, reading, traveling, and  I love dogs!
