I offer a mix of dynamic and meditative styles, balancing movement with stillness. My main focus is Yin Yoga, but I also teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and more. You can explore all the styles I offer [here]

A yoga mat, no shoes or socks, please 😅, an open mind and an open heart!. Depending on the class, I might recommend props like blocks or bolsters, but don’t worry- I’ll guide you through it.
